Eat a banana, rice, boiled vegetables, toast, soda but without caffeine and diluted juice. You simply need to avoid caffeine, milk, cheese, food with high sugar content or spicy and fried food.
Medicines like Imodium and PeptoBismol can help in controlling diarrhoea but you need to check your doctor before taking them. If your case is serious then, you might have to get hospitalized for long.
